From our estates to your cup

This land has been with us for over 80 years, on the banks of the Kaveri in North Coorg. What started as a small estate has slowly grown into a place where coffee, cardamom, pepper, orange, banana and avocado all grow together.

We are the third generation here. Coffee has always been a part of our life, but over time we began to look at it differently; not just as a crop, but as something that can be grown and handled with more care.

Our coffee is grown at 950 to 1100 meters above sea level, in shade, alongside trees and other plants that keep the land alive. We try to farm in a way that supports the soil and brings back biodiversity to the estate.

Every cherry is handpicked. We dry the coffee slowly on raised beds under shade, and work in small micro lots so we can pay attention to each batch. We’ve also started experimenting with aerobic and anaerobic fermentation to understand how the coffee can express itself better.

What we share with you is single origin Robusta, grown here in Kolakeri, Kodagu.
